Coffee Beans

• Official processing time: 5-7 business days We roast our coffee beans fresh to order, so this extra time ensures you receive the highest quality and freshest flavor possible.

Processing times start the day after your order is placed (business days only; weekends and holidays are not included). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your coffee mugs and coffee beans. However, to keep things fair and manageable for our small shop, we have a limited return policy.

Accepted Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or broken.
• You received the wrong item (not as described or ordered).

In these cases, please contact us via email or messages as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange (depending on availability). We'll cover return shipping costs if the issue was our fault.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Items that simply didn't meet your expectations (e.g., color variations due to monitor differences or taste preferences for coffee beans).

Personalized or custom items (such as engraved or custom-designed mugs) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically for you.

Coffee beans are considered perishable food items and cannot be returned once shipped, except in cases of damage or incorrect item.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
